Coleman Payne received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Eureka College in August of 2015. He started with Culbertson & Allen, LLC in July, 2015, and has enjoyed the work so much he is currently pursuing a paralegal certification through Illinois Central College’s American Bar Association approved program. At Culbertson & Allen Coleman works primarily on clients’ estates and handles client billing.
Kathy Gafford is a Lowpoint native, currently residing in Pekin. She is a recent graduate of Eureka College where she received Bachelors of Science in Biology and Psychology. Soon after graduation, Kathy began her time with Culbertson & Allen, LLC in June, 2015. Kathy primarily handles Wills, Powers of Attorney, and real estate transactions for the clients of Culbertson & Allen.
